"...In this fourth year, first issue, the journal continues to maintain its quality and operational standards, following the consistently recognized approach. At the same time, the editorial board has undertaken improvements and upgraded the journal management system, including registering Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) through the Crossref system. The journal has also adopted an Article ID (e-Location ID) system and a clear publication cycle of three issues per year to ensure continuity and accommodate the increasing volume of articles in the context of research and academic work by scholars both within and outside the institution.
