Volume 5, Issue 2 has reached its full submission capacity and is now officially closed.
The journal is currently unable to accept new submissions for Volume 6, Issue 1 as it is awaiting budget allocation and official financial approval.
Therefore, all new manuscript submissions will be temporarily suspended and declined during this period. An official announcement will be made via the journal’s website once normal submission resumes.
