The Effects of Online Career Group Counseling and Guidance on The Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy of Grade Fifth High School Student in Satunwittaya-School, Satun Province

This quasi-experimental study aims to study 1) the level of career decision-making self-efficacy after participating in online group career counseling and 2) to compare the level of career decision-making self-efficacy before and after participating in the online group career guidance counseling of Mathayomsuksa 5 students of Satun Wittaya School, Satun Province, using a sampling method. The research tools were: 1) online group career guidance counseling five times, for 90 minutes each time; 2) data analyses were mean, standard deviation, and a static Wilcoxon Signed rank test. The results showed that 1) the career decision-making self-efficacy after the experiment in all 5 areas was at the highest level, and 2) the career decision-making self-efficacy of the students was higher than before the online group career counseling.
