Submission Workflow

Article Review and Publication Process
Step 1: Manuscript Submission
Authors submit their manuscripts through the ThaiJO system at:
https://so10.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JPE
Step 2: Initial Screening
The Editorial Board checks whether the manuscript falls within the journal’s scope, complies with the journal’s formatting requirements, and meets the journal’s criteria for textual similarity.
Step 3: Peer Review
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are evaluated by three reviewers from different institutions who have expertise relevant to the manuscript’s subject matter. The journal employs a double-blind peer-review process. The review process takes approximately 2–4 weeks.
Step 4: Notification of Review Results and Manuscript Revision
The journal notifies authors of the review results and provides the reviewers’ comments through the ThaiJO system. Authors must revise their manuscripts in accordance with the reviewers’ comments, mark all revisions in red text, and use only the manuscript file provided by the journal.
Step 5: Review of the Revised Manuscript
The Editor checks whether the author has revised the manuscript in accordance with the comments provided by all three reviewers.
Step 6: Manuscript Formatting
The journal’s management team formats the manuscript in accordance with the journal’s requirements.
Step 7: English Language Check
The person responsible for language editing checks the accuracy of the English in the abstract.
Step 8: Proofreading
The journal’s management team checks and proofreads the full manuscript to correct errors before publication.
Step 9: Author Approval of the Final Manuscript
Authors check the final manuscript for accuracy and confirm their approval before publication through the ThaiJO system.
Step 10: Publication
The journal publishes the article through the ThaiJO system and ensures that all information entered into the system is complete and consistent with the published PDF file.
Overall Processing Time
The process from manuscript submission to the issuance of a publication acceptance certificate takes approximately three months. The timeframe may vary depending on the review process and the time authors take to revise their manuscripts.
