Creative Leadership of the School Administrators In the 21st Century Under the Phatthalung Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

 The purpose of this research was to study and compare the creative leadership of school administrators in the 21^st century and to study the approaches for developing creative leadership of school administrators in the 21st century under the Office of Phatthalung Primary Educational Service Area 2. The sample group was 275 teachers. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan sample size comparison table. and using simple random sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire. Find the Index of Item Objective Congruence value was in the range of 0.67-1.00 and confidence values ​​of .922. Data were analyzed by mean, percentage, standard deviation and test the hypothesis using t-test, f-test, six key informants were selected by purposive sampling. The tool is a semi-structured interview. The data were analyzed by content analysis. The research found that;

1) Creative Leadership of School Administrators in the 21^st century under the Office of Phatthalung Primary Educational Service Area 2, the overall average and each side were at high level.

2) Teachers belonging to different school sizes the overall opinions were different at statistical significance at the .05 level. Teachers with different educational background and work experience were different. There were no differences in overall and individual opinions. and 3) Guidelines for Creative Leadership Development of Educational Institution Administrators in the 21^st century under the Office of Phatthalung Primary Educational Service Area 2 is that school administrators should adhere to the principles of participatory management. Emphasizes that all sectors are aware of the importance of working together under understanding. Confidence in the team in planning operations. and appreciate the success together
