Innovation to Empower Community Entrepreneurs in the 21st Century

Abstract

 Research on the development of innovations to empower community entrepreneurs in the 21st century aims to: 1) Study the problems and factors of readiness in information technology to develop the potential of community entrepreneurs to conduct business in the digital market. 2) To develop an innovative digital market management Case Study of Mae Pranom Farm, Borabue District, Mahasarakham Province 3) To assess the level of success in using the management system. In Borabue District, Mahasarakham Province,
a specific random sample of 10 entrepreneurs from Mae Pranom Farm, Bo Yai Subdistrict, Borabue District, Mahasarakham Province provided information based on in-depth interviews. Regular customers used 90 random coincidentals, including 100 people, and questionnaires to measure the success level of the system implementation. Processed with descriptive statistics, including percentage, average, and standard deviation.

           From the results of the research, it was found that the problem condition or the current condition of the entrepreneurs of Mae Pranom Farm community. Medium level of technology skills, Public relations media have not been created or other distribution channels have not been established. Entrepreneurs are ready for information technology.
In terms of personnel, some members are ready to develop skills and in the field of information use, they can collect information from their performance as well.
2) Development of a management system to increase distribution channels for entrepreneurs It can be a tool that can be used to increase income for entrepreneurs. 3) Assessing the level of satisfaction with the use of the system is at the highest level (=4.55) Assessing the level of system readiness is at the highest level (=4.65) Assessing the level of readiness of personnel is at the highest level (=4.60) and the assessment of data usage at the highest level as well (=4.69) As a result of this management system development, community entrepreneurs will be able to generate and increase income. As well as the results of this study, it can serve as a model for entrepreneurs with similar business characteristics.
