A Study of Problems in Writing Official Letters at Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the level of opinions on the state of language problems in official writing of Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University personnel and to find a solution to the problem of using language in official writing of Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University personnel, consisting of 5 aspects: 1) word usage 2) sentence usage 3) mark usage 4) paragraph writing 5) using numbers is a quantitative research. The sample group consisted of 117 supporting personnel working in various units of Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The data analysis results were presented by descriptive lectures.
The results showed that Level of opinions on the state of problems in using language in official writing of Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University Personnel. Overall, it was at a high level. When considering each side, it was found that The aspect with the highest average was the use of sentences, followed by the use of marks. paragraph writing, the use of numbers, respectively, and the aspect that had the lowest mean was the use of words and solutions to problems using language in writing. Official books of Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University personnel consist of organizing workshops. language skills training and preparation of manuals government letter writing.
