Abstract

This research aimed to: study the conditions and problems on learning through the online social media of nursing students, Faculty of Nursing, Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University and 2) compare conditions and problems in learning through the online Social media of nursing students, Faculty of Nursing, Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University. The sample group included 122 the 2nd and 3rd year students in the Faculty of Nursing, derived from the simple random sampling. s of the questionnaires in conditions and problems in learning with 30 items, containing the reliability values of 0.974 and 0.983 for each respectively. The statistics used for analyzing the data were the percentage, mean, standard deviation and the hypothesis testing with the t-test of independent sample. The research findings revealed that 1) the conditions in learning through the online social media of nursing students, Faculty of Nursing in the aspects of input, process, and product and in overall 3 aspects indicated in the moderate level. When looking into each aspect, the aspect with highest mean value included input; the latter were product and process aspects respectively; 2) the problems on learning through the online social media of nursing students, Faculty of Nursing in the aspects of input, process, and product and in overall 3 aspects implied in the moderate level. When looking into each aspect, the aspect with highest mean value was process, the latter were product and input aspects respectively; 3) The comparison results of the conditions in learning through the online social media of nursing students following to sex and class level in the aspects of input, process, and product and in overall 3 aspects indicated indifferent; and 4) the comparison results of the problems on learning through the online social media of nursing students following to sex in the aspects of input, process, product and in overall aspects were indifferent, while the comparison results as the class levels, they consisted of the problems on learning in the aspects of input, product and in overall aspects at the statistically different significance of 0.05 level, composing the problems of the 2nd year class level higher than of the 3rd year class level; however, the problems in the process aspect were indifferent.
