Abstract
Sports psychology is a new science that plays a very important role as professors who study behavior in physical activity situations and sports that describe behaviors that occur that lead to better behavioral adjustment in the development of sport .It is used to prepare and train athletes, and also to develop athletes' capacity to achieve higher levels of success. And compete to their full potential. This requires mental fitness preparation, coupled with skills training and physical fitness using psychological principles with many elements, such as: motivation in sport, anxiety in sport, stress in sport, aggression in sport, goal setting. The mental preparation of the athletes before, during and after the race, let's use it in the workout. To be at their best in different situations to further develop the capacity of those who exercise or athletes to exercise and athletics to their full potential.
