Abstract
The objectives of the research entitled “Career Group Management based on the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy: A Case Study of a Career Group at Ban Nonchan, Lahan Sub-district, Chatturat District, Chaiyaphum Province.” This research was to study the career group management based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy of Ban Nonchan, Lahan Sub-district, Chatturat District, Chaiyaphum Province. This was qualitative research. There were 13 key informants, including community leaders, committees and members of the community, community developers responsible for the operation of the career group, staff of Lahan Subdistrict Administrative Organization responsible for the operation of the career group. The research tools were in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. In terms of data analysis, data were categorized according to the objectives. All types of data were processed into categories. The relationships were analyzed by theoretical frameworks. After that, the data were analyzed along with the local context. The results were as follows.
The career group management based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy of Ban Nonchan, Chatturat District, Chaiyaphum Province consisted of 1) the establishment of the career group, 2) the operation of the career group, 3) the management of the career group, 4) the budget of the career group and 5) the welfare of the career group.
