Guidelines for the development of internal supervision of Bantoom municipal school

Abstract
The purposes of this study were 1) to study a level of internal supervision of Bantoom Municipal School, and 2) to find guidelines for developing the internal supervision of Bantoom Municipal School. The population consisted of 1 school director, 49 teachers and educational personnel, for a total of 50 informants, and 5 educational experts selected by purposive sampling. Instruments used for the data collection were a questionnaire and an interview form. The research was divided into 3 phases as follows: phase 1 was to find the internal supervision framework and to study the current conditions and problems concerning the internal supervision of Bantoom Municipal School, phase 2 was to create guidelines for developing the internal supervision of Bantoom Municipal School, and phase 3 was to propose the guidelines for developing and to evaluate guidelines for developing by 5 experts analyzing and summarizing the evaluation results of guidelines for developing the internal supervision of Bantoom Municipal School. Data were analyzed by using percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results of the research were as follows: 1. The current condition of internal supervision of Bantoom Municipal School was overall at a high level (µ = 4.09, σ = 0.27). When considering by each aspect, it was found that in terms of morale promotion for supervisory practitioners was at the highest level (µ = 4.29, σ = 0.38), followed by the evaluation of supervision (µ = 4.23, σ = 0.36), and the providing knowledge before conducting supervision was at the lowest level (µ = 3.57, σ = 0.30). 2. The guidelines for developing the internal supervision of Bantoom Municipal School can be concluded that the guidelines for developing the internal supervision of Bantoom Municipal School composed of 2 main elements and 9 sub-elements. The guidelines were benefit, possibility, suitability, and accuracy were overall at the highest level (µ = 4.84, σ = 0.07). When considering by each aspect, it was found that the accuracy was the highest level (µ = 5.00, σ = 0.00), followed by the suitability (µ = 4.90, σ =0.22), the possibility (µ = 4.80, σ = 0.29), and the usefulness for users (µ = 4.66, σ = 0.00)
