Guidelines for skills development in the 21st century of students in the Faculty of Education Branch of Physical Education, Institute of Physical Education In the Northeast-Campus

Abstract
The objectives this research were to 1) Study the 21st century skills of students of the Faculty of Education. Physical Education Institute of Physical Education in the Northeast 2) Propose guidelines for developing 21st century skills for students of the Faculty of Education Physical Education Institute of Physical Education in the Northeast. The samples used in the research were 4th year students of the academic year 2019 form 4 campuses: Chaiyaphum, Mahasarakham, Sisaket and Udon Thani, totaling 274 students. The research instruments were the 5-level approximation scale questionnaire and the semi-structured interview. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. The research results found were that 1) The skills in the 21st century in three areas: learning skills and innovation. Information, media and technology skills, and overall life and work skills were at a high level. 2) Approaches for developing skills in learning and innovation skills Teaching and learning activities using innovations should be organized in order for students to create ideas, consciousness, responsibility. and use reason to solve problems In the field of information technology, media and technology, students should be taught to search for knowledge by using information media in the Internet system. Facebook in terms of life and work skills. Should organize activities for students to learn how to work from seniors and encouraging students to have a volunteer spirit in social and environmental development
