The Developing a Model of the Participation in Academic Administration to Develop the Educational Quality for Schools Attached to Bantoom Municipal School

Abstract
The purposes of this study were to (1) to study the basic information concerning developing a model of the participation in academic administration to develop the educational quality for schools attached to Bantoom Municipal School, (2) to develop a model of the participation in academic administration to develop the educational quality for schools attached to Bantoom Municipal School, (3) to experiment a model of the participation in academic administration to develop the educational quality for schools attached to Bantoom Municipal School, and (4) to evaluate satisfaction after implementing a model of the participation in academic administration to develop the educational quality of schools attached to Bantoom Municipal School The population of this study consisted of 65 school administrators and teachers, 5 expertise teachers, 5 school administrative committee and 15 basic education school committee. (Excluding school directors as a secretary of the basic education school committee and representative teachers who are arranged with the group of teachers). The instruments used to collect data were (1) an interview form, (2) an investigation verified form for accuracy and appropriate model of the participation in academic administration, (3) an evaluation form to develop academic administration, and (4) a satisfaction questionnaires for evaluation after implementing a model of the participation in academic administration to develop educational quality for schools attached to Bantoom Municipal School
The research findings revealed that a model of the participation in academic administration to develop the educational quality of schools attached to Bantoom Municipal School composed of four steps:
The first step: to study the basic information and the essential requirement
The second step: to develop a model of the participation in academic administration
The third step: to experiment a model of the participation in academic administration
The fourth step: to evaluate of satisfaction after implementing a model of the participation in academic administration educational experts’ agreement in total as appropriate and feasible performing model. The comparison of the experimental results found that the mean after the experiment was higher than before experiment in all aspects. Moreover, the satisfaction of a model of the participation in academic administration regarding academic scope and mission was at the most level in total. (µ = 4.22, = 0.45)
