Model of creative area management to enhance the characteristics of the students in the 21st century according to the context of local identity in Mahasarakham province

Abstract
This research aims to study a creative area management model to enhance the characteristics of the students in the 21st-century according to the local identity in Mahasarakham Province. Area based in this study is Phayakkaphum Wittayakan School, Mahasarakham Province. Key participants are teachers, students, parents, wisdom, and representatives of local authorities. The period of this study is from 1 October 2017–30 September 2020. The instrument is a questionnaire. Devided into five-set questionnaires. The results reveal as follows:
1. The management of the school shows that the school organizes the project to support and build on knowledge for the departments. The team has strengths and clear operational guidelines. Success factors are the school has a base learning on history with a team speakers of Maha sarakham University, personnel cooperation, the need of creating a community-based learning center as a learning resource.
2. The creative-area management model to enhance the characteristics of 21st- century learners according to the local identity context of Mahasarakham Province has the principles and concepts in accordance with the "PALANG-MODEL" as follows: plan, area coordination, learning source camp, all around integration, needs community and growth evaluation.
