The Model of Professional Learning Community for the Potential Development in Teachers’ Learning Management, Nongbuadaengwittaya School, Nongbuadaeng District, Chaiyaphum Province

Abstract
This research aimed to: 1) study the current conditions and desired conditions of the professional learning community in Nongbuadaengwittaya School; 2) create the model of the professional learning community for the potential development in the teachers’ learning community in Nongbuadaengwittaya School, Nongbuadaeng District, Chaiyaphum Province; 3) study the effect of implementing the model of the professional learning community for the potential development in the teachers’ learning community in Nongbuadaengwittaya School, Nongbuadaeng District, Chaiyaphum Province, and 4) evaluate the model of the professional learning community for the potential development in the teachers’ learning community in Nongbuadaengwittaya School, Nongbuadaeng District, Chaiyaphum Province.
The research findings revealed that:
- The effects of analyzing the current conditions, desired conditions and the need assessment index (PNImodified) of the professional learning community of Nongbuadaengwittaya School found that the value of the need assessment index (PNImodified) with the highest scores implying the aspect of the structure of community support (PNImodified) = 0.51.
- The model of the professional learning community for the potential development of the teachers’ in learning management in Nongbuadaengwittaya School comprised 8 factors with 67 issues including the aspects of: 1) community support structure with 8 issues, 2) the aspect of collaborative vision and value with 10 issues, 3) collaboration and unity with 8 issues, 4) the aspect of creating social network with 3 issues, 5) the aspect of collaborative learning and professional development with 8 issues, 6) the aspects of promotion and support and leadership with 12 issues, 7) the aspect of true friend community with 8 issues, and 8) the aspect of follow-ups and reflection with 10 issues.
- The effects of the implementing trial in the model of the professional learning community for the potential development of the teachers’ learning management in Nongbuadaengwittaya School indicated that: At the highest level
- The evaluation effect from the model of the professional learning
community for the potential development of the teachers’ learning management, Nongbuadaengwittaya School, Chaiyaphum Province in the aspects of appropriateness, possibility and usefulness appeared in the most level.
