Needs Assessment and Guidelines for The Participation Management of Administrator in Student Care and Support System of The Educational Service Area Office 42 Nakhon Sawan

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study needs and guidelines for the participation
management of administrator in student care and support system of the Educational Service Area Office 42 Nakhon Sawan. The sample group consisted of administrators and teachers in the Educational Service Area Office 42 Nakhon Sawan from 317 educators, 37 administrators, acquired by a purposive sampling and 280 teachers, acquired by stratified random sampling method based on proportional to sign of each district. The tools used for data collection were the questionnaires of the current and desirable condition of the participation management of administrator in student care and support system of the Educational Service Area Office 42 Nakhon Sawan. The collection data was analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, computed and arrange priority by Modified Priority Need Index and content analysis.
The results found that
- Needs assessment of the participation management of administrator in student care and support system of the Educational Service Area Office 42 Nakhon Sawan index need was 0.183. When considering in each point respectively, the highest need index was the participation in student care and support system. Secondary was planning and decision making in student care and support system. The lowest need index was participation in benefit gained in student care and support system.
- There were 28 guidelines for the participation management of administrator in student care and support system of the Educational Service Area Office 42 Nakhon Sawan.
