The Results of Group Advisement on Motivational Interviewing to Responsibility for Undergraduate Students

Abstract
The objectives of the study were 1) to compare learning responsibility before and after participating in the experiment, 2) to compare learning responsibility between the experimental group and the control group, and 3) to compare learning responsibility after the experiment and the follow-up period of the experimental group. The example of this study was the first-year undergraduate students of the Faculty of Education. National Sports University Chumphon Campus who received a low-level score of responsibility for learning and voluntarily participated in the experiment of 12 people. The tools used to consist of Interview-based group counseling program to motivate students to take responsibility for their studies and student responsibility measurement form. Data analysis using statistics Arithmetic mean Standard deviation, Wilcoxon Sign-Rank and Mann-Whitney U test.
The results of the research showed that:
1) Experimental undergraduates after participating in group consultations with interviews to enhance motivation have higher scores of study responsibilities than before, and they participate in group counseling with interviews to strengthen motivation.
2) The experimental undergraduates he participated in group consultations with interviews to strengthen motivation had higher scores of study responsibilities than the control group students.
3) The experimental undergraduate students who participated in the group consultation with interviews to reinforce the motivation for the responsibility of studying in the post-trial phase and the follow-up phase had different.
