Abstract
The purpose of this research were 1) to study the current and desirable conditions of Transformational Leadership for School Administrators Towards Professional Learning Community Under Kalasin Provincial Education Office 2) to prioritize Transformational Leadership for School Administrators Towards Professional Learning Community Under Kalasin Provincial Education Office. The sample were 357 including teachers and school administrators who work in the office of Kalasin Provincial Education. The sample size was determined by using Krejcie and Morgan Table. The sample were selected by Stratified random sampling by using the size of the school as a criterion. research instrument was 5-point rating scale questionnaire with the Discrimination between 0.218 - 0.748 and the Reliabillity of .928.
