Learning Management Outside the Classroom to Develop Project Evaluation Skills for of Bachelor of Arts Program Students. Research Field in Sociology for the Development

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study project evaluation skills of Bachelor of Arts program students. Research field in sociology for the development of learning outside the classroom 2) to study students' attitudes towards learning management outside the classroom. The samples were students enrolled in the subject SO 323 Research Project Evaluation in the second semester of Academic Year 2020, 103 students. The instruments were 1) Out-of-Class Learning Management Plan, 2) Project Assessment Skills Assessment Form, and 3) Attitude Questionnaire on outside classroom. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results were follow:
The overall project evaluation skills assessment results. Students have a high level of project assessment skills with students having project assessment skills in designing a data collection tool for assessment at the highest level. Followed by the project analysis at the high level, the data collection in the community area at the high level, respectively. The minimal analysis is analysis Synthesize and draw conclusions moderate.
Overall, students had a high level of attitude towards learning management outside the classroom, where students were satisfied with the organization of learning activities outside the classroom at the highest level followed by the nature of learning activities outside the classroom. It stimulates interest at a high level. Students can develop project assessment skills at a high level and students have a high level of knowledge and understanding of the course content, respectively.
