The Development of Academic Administrative Model to Support Academic Quality in Huaytonpittayakhom School under jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the problems and solutions
for the academic administration, 2) to construct the academic administrative model,


3) to experiment the academic administration model, and 4) to evaluate the result of using academic administration model in Huaytonpittayakhom School in Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization. This research was R&D research. The populations were 38 teachers and 5 experts. The instruments of this research were questionnaires, record forms, and evaluation forms. The statistics used for data analysis consisted of percentage, mean, and standard deviation.                 


          The result of the research showed that;


  1. The problems in academic administrative in Huaytonpittayakhom School in Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization in overall was at moderate level.

  2. The academic administrative model in Huaytonpittayakhom School was consisted of 4 components. Component 1 was principle; 1) leadership 2) organization management 3) participative management 4) coaching 5) evaluation and 6) morale. Component 2 was the specified purpose of supporting academic quality administrative. Component 3 was process which consisted of 8 academic affairs. Component 4 was evaluation based on the objectives. It was found as follows; 1) the result of quality check of the conformity assessment form of model draft of the academic administrative model was in the whole at the highest level, 2) the conformity assessment form of temporary model on average in overall consistency was at high level.

  3. The results of the experiment for using the academic administrative model in Huaytonpittayakhom School in overall was at excellent level.

  1. The evaluation results of using the academic administrative model
    in Huaytonpittayakhom School was that: the appropriate and the usefulness in overall was at the highest level, the possibility and the accuracy in overall was at high level.
