Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the promotion of the use of information technology in teaching and learning of school administrators, 2) to study the learning management skills in the 21st century of teachers, and3) to study the promotion of the use of information technology in teaching and learning of school administrators affecting the learning management skills in the 21st century of teachers in schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The population were1,679 teachers and a sample of 313teacherswere selected by simple random sampling. Data were collected by the questionnaire with a reliability of 0.97 The data were analyzed by basic statistics including mean and standard deviation, and test statistics including multiple regression analysis.
The research results were as follows.1) The promotion of the use of information technology in teaching and learning of the school administrators was at a high level in overall and each aspect, ranked in descending order: internal administration, human resource development in technology, teaching and learning, and infrastructure, respectively. 2) The learning management skills in the 21st century of the teachers were at a high level in overall and each aspect, ranked in descending order: information, media, and technology skill ; life and career skill; and learning and innovation skill, respectively. 3) In regard to the analysis of the promotion of the use of information technology in teaching and learning of the school administrators affecting the learning management skills in the 21st century of the teachers, the results from the regression coefficient analysis showed that the promotion of the use of information technology in teaching and learning of the school administrators regarding teaching and learning, human resource development in technology, and internal administration affected the learning management skills in the 21st century of the teachers, respectively, and could predict the learning management skills in the 21st century of the teachers at 39 percent (R2 = 0.68) at a statistical significance level of .05.
