The Evaluation of Students Improvement for Excellent Project Huaytonpittayakhom School Chaiyaphum Provincial Organization.

Abstract
The Objective of This Study Was to Evaluate the Students Improvement for Excellent Project at Huaytonpittayakhom School, Chaiyaphum Provincial Organization, Using Naturalistic Approach. The Research Instruments of This Study Were; 1) Questionnaires, 2) Interview Forms, and 3) Data Record Forms. The Researcher Analysed Qualitative Data by Content Analysis and Quantitative Data by Descriptive Statistics as Follows: Mean and Standard Deviation. The Result Was Presented as the Tables and Descriptive Paragraphs.
The Findings Were Indicated That;
1) The Students Improvement for Excellent Project at Huaytonpittayakhom School was Suitable at the Highest Level, 2) the Aspect of Context Was Accordant at the Highest Level, 3) the Aspect of Input was Enough and Suitable at the Highest Level, 4) the Aspect of Process was Efficiently at the Highest Level, 5) the Aspect of Output was Effectively at the Highest Level, 6) the Impacts of This Project Were as Following Aspects: (1) the Students Were: a) Instructed to be as Desirable Characteristics Such as; Being Keen on Studying, Industriousness, Discipline, Being patient, Being on Time, Persevere, Public Mind, b) Promoted to be Talented Namely; Thai Country Cand, School Orchestra, Royal Award students, Smart students, and Getting Awards From Joining 8 Strands Department Project Work Competitions, and c) Able to Apply Knowledge for Higher Education or Further Careers, (2) the Teachers Were Supported for Working, Being United, Being Cooperated, and Being More Proud of the School, and Also the Administrators Got the Idea of Productive Approach (3) Aarents and Community Were Satisfied in School System so They Wanted Their Children to Ctudy at This school and Caused the Higher Number of new Students (4) the School was Accepted and Trusted by Parents, Community and Educational Affiliated Office.
