Research Subject "Community Participation in The Management and Development of Antiques as a Learning Center for Arts and Culture in Ban Non Phra Kham Community, Na Fai Sub-district, Mueang District, Chaiyaphum Province" has the Fllowing Objectives: 1.) To Study the History and Current Conditions of the Antiquities of Non Phra Kham Community, Na Fai Sub-district, Mueang District, Chaiyaphum Province 2.) To Study Community Participation in the Conservation and Management of Arts and Culture, Learning Resources of the Non Phra Kham Community, Na Fai Sub-district, Mueang District, Chaiyaphum Province

       Target population Community Representative Group, People Group in Non Phra Kham Community, Na Fai Sub-district, Mueang District, Chaiyaphum Province And the ancient Form of art Found

       The Research Instruments were Questionnaires, Interview Forms, and Data Analysis by Participatory and non-Participation Observation. In-Oepth Survey From a Sample Group

       From the study, it is found that Ban Non Phra Kham community has a historical Background with Evidence that Remains From the Past to the Present. Assumed That it Used to be an Area of Historical Civilization. In Terms of Participation of this Community The Research Found That the Arts and Culture Learning Center in the Community Plays an Important Role in Participation as a Center for Ritual Mind. And local Cultural Beliefs In Addition, the Study Found that the Community is a Participant in Learning Management Through the Form of Local Traditions Activities. Promote Learning in art and Culture The Resources Shared in the Community are Sared. The Research Found that the Learning Resources There are Still Budget Issues, Area Management and Public Relations. For Suggestions The Community Must study the Research of art and Culture in the Community in order to Find ways to Conserve, Disseminate Able to Apply Knowledge to Develop Community Art in Various Forms Together as Appropriate as a Source of Artistic and Cultural Learning that is Valuable to the Community, Society and Local Provinces.
