Development of Desirable Characteristics in Moderation of Students at Ban Khaofhachee School Under Ranong Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
The Objectives of This Study Were 1) To Dtudy The Problems of Desirable Characteristics in Moderation of Students at ban Khaofhachee School, 2) to Develop The Desirable Characteristics in Moderation of Students at ban Khaofhachee School, and 3) to Monitor and Evaluate The Development of Desirable Characteristics in Moderation of Students at ban Khaofhachee School. The Target Group of the Study Included Six Prathomsuksa i - vi Teachers and 93 Prathomsuksa i - vi Students of Academic Year 2019. The Research Procedure Consisted of Four Steps: Planning, Action, Observation, and Reflection, Which Were Divided Into two Cycle. The Research Instruments Included a Test, a Questionnaire, and a Monitoring Form. Data Were Analyzed by Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation.
The research findings revealed as follows. 1)The problems of desirable characteristics in moderation of students at Ban Khaofhachee School showed that most of the students shared common problems regarding extravagant expenses, frugal savings, and unnecessary expenses. The students superfluously had lunch without appreciating the value of food. The students did not always know how to keep things organized and lacked of responsibility for using utilities. In addition, the students also lacked public consciousness and knowledge and understanding about sufficiency living. 2) The development of the desirable characteristics in moderation of students at Ban Khaofhachee School was done by organizing four sufficiency life activities for the students: 1. Savings Activity, 2. Vegetable and Animal Husbandry Activity, 3.Taking Care of Goods Activity, and 4. Education Training Activity. 3) The result regarding the monitoring and evaluation of the development of desirable characteristics in moderation of students at Ban Khaofhachee School, when considering individual classes, the students tended to develop more sufficient living habits.
