Approaches for Sustainable Capacity Enhancement for Young Farmersin Na Si Nuan Village, Mueang District, Chaiyaphum Province

Abstract
The Objective of this Research is to 1) Study the Opinions of the Factors That Affect the Capability Development of new Generation Farmers, and 2) Study the Level of Opinions Towards the Approaches for Sustainable Capacity Enhancement for the new Generation of Farmers in the Ban Na Si area. Nuan, Mueang District, Chaiyaphum Province This Research is Quantitative Research. And Qualitative Data Were Collected with the Target Group, Target Group Which are Farmers who Participated in the Project to Promote and Develop the Dgricultural Organization. Activity to Promote and Develop a new Generation of Farmers in the Fiscal Year 2562 of the Chaiyaphum Provincial Agricultural Extension Office, Using 30 People. Collecting Primary Data by Using a Questionnaire and Interview Forms the Tools Used for Data Collection Were (1) 5 Level Estimation Questionnaire and Structured Interview Form. Data was Analyzed Using Descriptive Statistics.
The Results of the Research Revealed That the Opinions of The Factors on The Conditions Affecting the Development of theN Qeneration of Farmers Found That the Factor That the New Qeneration of The Farmers Agreed with The Most Was the Speakers (The Average of 4.33), Followed by The Opinions of The Level of Most of Them Were Knowledgeable Successful Models (mean 4.13), Learning Resources (Mean 4.07), Staff and Willingness to Participate (Average 4.00). Agricultural Activities (Mean 3.93), Each Learning Activity and the Network Partner Agencies (Mean 3.83) in Terms of Curriculum Content (Mean 3.77) in Each Learning Period (Mean 3.70) and in The Age of The New Generation of Farmers, Average 3.67 Respectively
The Findings of The Opinion on The Sustainable Sapability Enhancement of New Generation Farmers in Ban Na Si Nuan, Muang District, Chaiyaphum Province Found That The New Generation of Farmers in The Opinion Level Towards The Development Guidelines in Support of Networking By Focusing on the Committee of The New Generation of Garmers to Perform Their Duties The Most (With an Average of 3.83), Followed by The Push For the new Generation of Garmers Have Gocial Roles and Train Leadership (Mean 3.73) Equal Training Coordination See Interesting Work (Average 3.67) on the Plan for Developing New Generation Farmers (Average 3.63) for Regularly Disseminating Information and Correlating the Results of the new Generation of Farmers Prototype to Create Incentives for New Generation Farmers (Mean 3.53) to be Equal and Coordinate Production Marketing Activities (Mean 3.37) Respectively.
