Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the quality level of employees work life 2) to study the good membership behavior level of the organization 3) to study the
relationship between the working life quality and good membership behavior of Expert Team Co.,Ltd. (Songkhla branch office). Questionnaires are distributed 250 Expert Team Co.,Ltd. employees, using analyzing data by statistics such as percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson correlation. The research is found that 1) overall employees work life quality is at a high level. 2) Overall good membership behavior of the organization is at a very high level. 3) The relationship (Songkhla branch office) has a relatively high positive level relationship (rxy= 0.068). at statistical significance level of 0.01.
