Factors Influencing to Songkhla Province’s Human Resource Development: from Age of 7 to 14 Years.

Abstract
Songkhla province realized the need and importance of child development that is a major force in developing countries in the future. This research aimed to study factors influencing to Songkhla Province’s human resource development between 7 to 14 years old students. The result showed that the impact factor with 7 to 14 years old students is social factor (people involved), school factor (teacher), family factor (study support) Sample group 408 people. Results and recommendations of this research can use to consider human resource development strategic plan of Songkhla province. There are useful to development children in Songkhla.
