Essential Competencies to Practitioner Success of Accountants in the New Normal Era

This research aimed to analyze the relationship between essential competencies to practitioner success of accountants in the new normal era of limited partnership in Yala province. The samples were accountants of limited partnership in Yala province with a total of 181. The instrument used was a questionnaire, which was tested the accuracy by experts and the reliability by using Cronbach’s Alpha coefficients with values between 0.879-0.929. The data were analyzed using statistics of multiple regression analysis and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, at the 0.05 level of significance. It was found that the relationships among of Thinking-based solution, Digital literacy, Information literacy, Interpersonal savvy competencies and practitioner success of accountants were positively correlated at the 0.05 level of significance. The suggestion were 1) The variables should be added to test the relationship and impact of practitioner success. 2) The sample groups are others study, who are not accountants, such as tax auditors or Certified Public Accountant. 3) The studies are complex variables such as the internal environment of the organization.
