Organizational Learning Culture and Transformational Leadership in the Digital Age: An Integrative Framework and Theoretical Proposals

This article is significant in addressing the research gap that exists, as although there has been extensive study on transformational leadership and organizational learning culture, there is still a lack of connection with digital disruption and the use of digital technologies in organizations. The objective of this article is to synthesize and integrate knowledge from multiple perspectives to provide a clearer understanding of how organizational learning culture and transformational leadership can be applied in the digital age, focusing on the role of leaders in promoting learning processes and technological change to enhance the organization's adaptability. The article proposes an integrated framework that links organizational learning culture with transformational leadership in the digital era, emphasizing the development of leaders with skills in knowledge management and innovation stimulation, as well as developing employees' potential in alignment with technological changes and business environment shifts, through continuous learning and adaptation processes. Academically, this article offers a new perspective on the relationship between organizational learning culture and transformational leadership, expanding existing knowledge in organizational management and leadership behavior. Practically, applying the proposed framework will help organizations manage knowledge and foster innovation in a rapidly changing business environment, enabling better adaptation in the digital era and achieving sustainable success.
