Innovation Development Guidelines Towards Creating Social Value of Social Entrepreneurs

The research objectives are (1) to study the problems of creating value for social entrepreneurs, (2) to study the factors in creating value for social entrepreneurs, and (3) to find innovative approaches to create value for social entrepreneurs. Key information providers are social entrepreneurs in Thailand, an organization with good guideline, leads the organization to achieve excellence goals. This research has 11 purposive samplings, 1 person from each location, ranging from the business owner, executive, or manager of a social enterprise in Thailand. The tools used for collecting data are In-depth interviews. The results of the content reliability check (or validity) equal to 0.96
The major problems in creating value for social entrepreneurs to achieve their objectives and goals are sources of funding from both the public and private sectors, creating business networks, business matching or agreement to cooperate to help each other with innovative technology and knowledge. As for the factors in creating value for social entrepreneurs consist of 3 issues: (1) Passions and inspiration to help the community, society, and environment. (2) Setting the vision, mission, goals, objectives, and policies for social enterprise. (3) The communication of new knowledge and understanding in innovative approaches in social enterprises for creating value to the social entrepreneurs includes inspiration, knowledge, abilities and the cooperation with all sectors, new knowledge, innovation, product quality improvement, and customer satisfaction.
