บทคัดย่อ

โครงการ Seminar on Smart Manufacturing Application and Management for Belt and Road Countries (SMBC) เป็นโครงการพัฒนาบุคลากรภาครัฐในกลุ่มความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ ข้อริเริ่มเข็มขัดและเส้นทาง (Belt and Road Initiative หรือ BRI) โดยมีหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบคือ CIFAL Shanghai โดยการสนับสนุนงบประมาณจากกระทรวงพาณิชย์แห่งสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน (Ministry of Commerce) ร่วมมือกับกระทรวงการต่างประเทศแห่งสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน (Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
