TRI SIKKHA Principle for Competency Development in Learning Digital Technology

Abstract

This article proposes the ways of Buddhadhamma INTEGRATION with Tri Sikkha Principle (Threefold Training to Promote Competency Development in Learning Digital Technology for Personnel of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) with the THREEFOLD TRAINING (TRI SIKKHA). The study findings show that the adoption of the THREEFOLD TRAINING (TRI SIKKHA) namely Sila (morality), Samathi (concentration), and Panya (wisdom) were considered the key principles of perfect human resource development to apply and integrate to achieve success. AOT needs to develop its personnel to cover all three areas: Sila, which is behavioral training by using discipline; Samathi, mental training by using virtue and Wisdom is the practice of knowing the truth by using the management of both secular and spiritual knowledge development in these three areas, learning digital technology concretely can lead to the goal of competency development of AOT personnel.
