Abstract

In recent years, the Thai government has consistently prioritized the development and application of information and communication technology (ICT) as a critical tool to support national development. As the world transitions into the digital era, a paradigm shift has occurred across all sectors, particularly within the public sector of Thailand. Increasing emphasis has been placed on integrating digital technology as a key mechanism to drive national progress. This includes efforts to enhance the efficiency of public administration, improve public service delivery, and elevate the quality of life of citizens. Digital technologies offer transformative potential in multiple dimensions—such as expanding access to education, increasing income opportunities, and improving access to government services. To fully leverage these benefits, it is imperative that government agencies collaborate in a coordinated manner to modernize and elevate the overall public sector. This collective advancement is essential for transitioning toward a fully digital government, thereby enabling Thailand to achieve sustainable development and remain resilient and competitive in an increasingly dynamic global landscape.
