Effectiveness of E-learning lessons and User’s Satisfaction of KPI E-learning System, The Preparatory Course for National Politicians, King Prajadhipok's Institute.

Abstract

This survey research aimed to 1) study the effectiveness of e-Learning lessons 2) study the user’s satisfaction of KPI e-Learning system, the preparatory course for national politicians, King Prajadhipok's Institute. The research instruments were 1) Lessons effectiveness evaluation form, and 2) Satisfaction questionnaire. The population consisted of 300 learners, who enrolled and passed the e-Learning course, preparatory course for national politicians. Content analysis and descriptive statistics were used to interpret obtained data. The research was found that 1) Most of the respondents were male, aged between 31-40 years, and 94.34% had a bachelor's degree and higher. North -eastern is largest proportion place where learners live in, 2) Effectiveness of e-Learning lessons had highest level.3) User’s satisfaction of KPI eLearning system had highest level.
