Legal Problems in Issuing Land Title Documents to Citizens

Abstract

The research article on legal Problems in issuing a land title document to citizens aims to study the form of public land, land title documents, laws, regulations, and rules in land management of government agencies, as well as the problem of issuing land title documents to the public in Nong Son Subdistrict, Nathom District, and Nakhon Phanom Province. It was discovered that the current management of state land resources is still lacking in an effective management system and standards. Relevant laws, regulations, and rules are duplicated, resulting in unequal access to land title documents and public resources. The qualitative research method was collected from data collection that the research team studied in the property law class, as well as data from the sample group while participating in the academic service activity for the community in the area, directly from the conversation of people who came to listen to the lecture on state land with the lecturer and assistant lecturer. The descriptive data gathered from listening to the lecturer's questions and replies were utilized to assess the sources of the challenges in granting land title deeds to state land and to devise a solution.
