บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาในรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการนำปัญญาประดิษฐ์มาใช้ในงานบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ วิธีการที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่ไม่ใช้ระบบ โดยการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำปัญญาประดิษฐ์มาใช้ในงานบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์แล้วสกัดข้อมูลที่ได้ศึกษานำมาใช้เพื่อเป็นฐานในการเขียนบทความนี้ วรรณกรรมที่ได้ศึกษาประกอบด้วย (1) ความหมายของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (2) ประโยชน์ของการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ (3) ประเภทของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ที่ใช้กับการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ (4) การนำปัญญาประดิษฐ์มาใช้ในการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ (5) ความท้าทายในการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ต่อจากนั้นนำผลการศึกษามาสังเคราะห์เป็นความรู้ใหม่ที่ได้จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือกระบวนการและขั้นตอนในการนำปัญญาประดิษฐ์มาใช้ในการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ประกอบด้วย ห้า ขั้นตอน มีรายละเอียดดังนี้ (1) ทำการศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจกับปัญญาประดิษฐ์ให้ชัดเจน (2) พิจารณาถึงประโยชน์ที่จะได้รับจากการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในงานบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ (3) ศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจประเภทของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ที่จะนำมาใช้ในงานบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ (4) เลือกปัญญาประดิษฐ์ประเภทที่เหมาะสมและนำไปใช้ในงานบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ด้านที่ต้องการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (5) คำนึงถึงปัญหาความท้าทายต่าง ๆ ในการนำปัญญาประดิษฐ์มาใช้ในการบริหารมนุษย์โดยทำการป้องกันปัญหาหรือแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในระหว่างดำเนินการ ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลต่อไป
