บทความวิชาการฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะนำเสนอแนวคิดและแนวทางเกี่ยวกับหลักการจริยธรรมการวิจัยและหลักการจริยธรรมต่างตอบแทนว่าด้วยการให้สิ่งตอบแทนแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการวิจัยในการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ดำเนินการโดยการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องแล้วสกัดข้อมูลออกมาใช้เป็นฐานในการเขียนบทความนี้ ขอบเขตของบทความประกอบด้วย แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ หลักการจริยธรรมการวิจัย หลักการจริยธรรมต่างตอบแทน การให้สิ่งตอบแทนแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการวิจัย โดยนำเสนอกระบวนการและขั้นตอนในการกำหนดค่าตอบแทนและกระบวนการและขั้นตอนในการจ่ายค่าตอบแทนแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการวิจัยซึ่งเป็นการสังเคราะห์จากการศึกษาในการเขียนบทความนี้
