Abstract

Public Service Management, is a process that includes planning, implementing, and controlling all public services that a public agency or government provides to its citizens. Including organizing relevant resources to provide such services with efficiency and quality. This process focuses on ensuring that public services are provided appropriately according to the needs of citizens and government policies. However, the efficiency of public service delivery often depends on actors in public policy. Therefore, this article aims to present a model for organizing public services under the influence of actors in public policy. This study is a study of academic documents related to public service provision and uses a content analysis method and presents them descriptively. The results of the study found that the formats for organizing public services under the influence of public policy actors include: (1) Centralization, (2) De-concentration, (3) Decentralization, (4) Privatization, (5) Collaboration, (6) Partnership between the state and citizens, and (7) Returns Power to Devolution.
