Abstract

Academic article on Educational Leadership in the Digital Disruption Era Discuss the characteristics of those who will become leaders or leaders in this era. With the developed of society today, it pushes the digital to be involved in our daily life. Education, especially, which is a key factor to teach learners to adapt themselves and learn to be aware of this development. Educational leaders have become more vital keys in the need of recognized and understood well about their institute context in the digital disruption era. The leaders need to cooperate and develop all personnel to keep the organization to work in parallel with the changing technology, and technology literacy. They need to be ready to take the changing to create and develop the innovation, also having vision and administration to develop and applying technology to be used for organization development.

In addition, educational leaders have to be a role model of a person who has a flexible thinking skills development and be able to create learning culture based on ethics, morals and culture that are crucial in the digital disruption era in order to develop the educational institutes for a long-term. Leaders, also, need to be realized in create a learning culture based on ethics, morals and culture that is also important for leading the organization for the long-term development and leading the learning management which is flexible and effective in the digital disruption era.
