Abstract

The objectives of this research were to: 1) develop integrated learning management competency; 2) compare integrated learning management competency before and after the intervention; 3) compare academic achievement in the "Art Activities for Early Childhood Education" course before and after the intervention; and 4) study the learning satisfaction of second-year pre-service early childhood teachers toward the course. The sample consisted of 50 second-year pre-service teachers majoring in Early Childhood Education at the Faculty of Education, Thepsatri Rajabhat University, during the 2024 academic year, selected through purposive sampling. The research instruments included: 1) a course specification (TQF 3) for the Art Activities for Early Childhood Education course; 2) an assessment form for integrated learning management competency through early childhood art activities; 3) an academic achievement test; and 4) a satisfaction questionnaire regarding the course. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

The research findings revealed that: 1) the students’ overall integrated learning management competency was at a high level; 2) the students’ integrated learning management competency through early childhood art activities after the intervention was significantly higher than before the intervention at the .05 level; 3) the students’ academic achievement after completing the "Art Activities for Early Childhood Education" course was significantly higher than before the course at the .05 level; and 4) the students’ satisfaction toward the course was at the highest level.
