Morale in the Performance of Non-Commissioned Police Officers under the Jurisdiction of the Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Police Station, Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Abstract

            The research purposes were 1) to study the levels of morale in the performance of non-commissioned police officers under the jurisdiction of the Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Police Station, Nakhon Ratchasima Province; and 2) to compare the morale in the performance of non-commissioned police officers under the jurisdiction of the Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Police Station, Nakhon Ratchasima Province classified by the personnel factors. This was the quantitative research. The population was the non-commissioned police officers under the jurisdiction of the Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Police Station, Nakhon Ratchasima Province; the population was the 112 polices. The research instrument was questionnaire The data analysis statistics were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent samples), and one-way ANOVA.        

            The research findings were:

           1. The morale in the performance of non-commissioned police officers under the jurisdiction of the Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Police Station, Nakhon Ratchasima Province found the overall was at high level; the descending mean were the advancement aspect, the respect aspect,  the relationship to coworkers aspect, the compensation and benefits aspect,  and the work success aspect, respectively.

           2. The non-commissioned police officers under the jurisdiction of the Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Police Station, Nakhon Ratchasima Province with different gender, education levels, and positions found the morale in the performance did not different.
