การวิเคราะห์ความต้องการเพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้านระบบสมองกลฝังตัวและเทคโนโลยี IoT สำหรับผู้เรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหาและอุปสรรค ความต้องการจำเป็น และเพื่อเสนอ แนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้านระบบสมองกลฝังตัวและเทคโนโลยีอินเทอร์เน็ตของสรรพสิ่ง (Internet of Things: IoT) สำหรับผู้เรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการเบื้องต้นในบริบทเฉพาะโดยคัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเจาะจง ประกอบด้วยนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง ชั้นปีที่ 2 จำนวน 24 คน และครูผู้สอนที่เกี่ยวข้องจำนวน 25 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 2 ฉบับ ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง 0.60–1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ในระดับยอมรับได้ ข้อมูลได้รับการวิเคราะห์ด้วยค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้เรียนประเมินสมรรถนะและความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน IoT โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (𝑥̅ = 2.85, SD = 0.57) โดยทักษะที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุดคือการเชื่อมต่อเครือข่ายและการส่งข้อมูลขึ้นคลาวด์ (𝑥̅ = 2.46, SD = 0.51) 2) ผู้สอนประเมินความพร้อมด้านความเพียงพอของงบประมาณและอุปกรณ์/สื่อว่ามีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุดเมื่อเทียบกับรายการอื่น (𝑥̅ = 3.96, SD = 1.27) รองลงมาคือความพร้อมในการจัดการความแตกต่างของพื้นฐานผู้เรียน (𝑥̅ = 4.12, SD = 0.83) และ 3) ผู้เรียนมีความต้องการจำเป็นโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (𝑥̅ = 4.37, SD = 0.44) โดยต้องการสูงสุดคือการมีชุดฝึกแบบ All–in–One ที่รวม Input–Output–Network ในบอร์ดเดียว (𝑥̅ = 4.63, SD = 0.58) ขณะที่ผู้สอนมีความต้องการจำเป็นโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (𝑥̅ = 4.77, SD = 0.38) โดยให้ความสำคัญสูงสุดต่อการออกแบบโครงงาน IoT แบบ End–to–End (𝑥̅ = 4.84, SD = 0.37) และการใช้แพลตฟอร์ม IoT (𝑥̅ = 4.84, SD = 0.47) ข้อค้นพบนี้สะท้อนว่า การพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ในระยะต่อไปควรมุ่งลดความซับซ้อนของฮาร์ดแวร์ ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก และใช้เป็นฐานในการกำหนดข้อกำหนดเบื้องต้นสำหรับการพัฒนาชุดฝึกด้านระบบสมองกลฝังตัวและเทคโนโลยี IoT ให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทของอาชีวศึกษา ดังนั้น สถานศึกษาควรพัฒนาชุดฝึกแบบ All–in–One ควบคู่กับกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบเป็นลำดับขั้น และโครงงาน IoT แบบ End–to–End
