การพัฒนาชุดฝึกปฏิบัติงานระบบปรับอากาศไฟฟ้ารถยนต์

บทคัดย่อ
การเปลี่ยนผ่านของอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์สู่เทคโนโลยียานยนต์ไฟฟ้าได้ก่อให้เกิดความท้าทายสำคัญต่อ
การจัดการศึกษาด้านวิศวกรรมและอาชีวศึกษา โดยเฉพาะการพัฒนาสมรรถนะเชิงปฏิบัติของผู้เรียนให้สอดคล้องกับระบบเทคโนโลยีที่ซับซ้อน อย่างไรก็ตามการจัดการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาระบบปรับอากาศยานยนต์ยังคงประสบปัญหา
การขาดแคลนสื่อฝึกปฏิบัติที่อิงระบบจริง ส่งผลให้ผู้เรียนไม่สามารถพัฒนาทักษะเชิงปฏิบัติและการแก้ปัญหาได้
อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ออกแบบและพัฒนาชุดฝึกปฏิบัติงานระบบปรับอากาศไฟฟ้ารถยนต์
(2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกตามเกณฑ์ E1/E2 (80/80) (3) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนและหลัง
การ ใช้ชุดฝึก และ (4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียน การวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development: R&D) โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีจำนวน 35 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (IOC = 0.99) และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ในระดับดี (Cronbach’s alpha = 0.89) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการทดสอบค่าทีแบบกลุ่มตัวอย่างสัมพันธ์กัน (paired-samples t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่าชุดฝึก
ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดี (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.42) และเอกสารประกอบการสอนมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดี (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.43) ประสิทธิภาพการเรียนรู้มีค่า E1/E2
เท่ากับ 84.64/82.25 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 อย่างชัดเจน นอกจากนี้ผลการเปรียบเทียบคะแนนก่อนและหลังเรียนพบว่าคะแนนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
(t = 27.09, p < .001) และมีขนาดอิทธิพลอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก (Cohen’s d = 4.58) สะท้อนถึงประสิทธิผลของชุดฝึก
ในการพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียนอย่างเด่นชัด อีกทั้งผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.58)
ผลการศึกษานี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่าการใช้ชุดฝึกที่ออกแบบบนพื้นฐานของระบบจริงและบูรณาการการเรียนรู้
เชิงประสบการณ์สามารถยกระดับผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ทั้งด้านความรู้ ทักษะ และทัศนคติของผู้เรียนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งมีนัยสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการเตรียมความพร้อมกำลังคนในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าในอนาคต
