Study The Level of Satisfaction with The Online Testing System of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University

Abstract

This research aims to study the level of user satisfaction with the online testing system of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. The study employed a quantitative research method through questionnaires distributed to a sample group consisting of students, faculty, and relevant staff. The research findings revealed that users were generally satisfied with the system in terms of ease of use, system stability, and accuracy of test results. However, some factors still need improvement, including technical support and access to historical data. The findings from this research can be used as a guideline for developing and enhancing the online testing system to be more efficient.
