    "..ปีที่ 3 ฉบับที่ 3 นี้ นอกเหนือจากทางวารสารได้ปรับปรุงและพัฒนารูปแบบการเขียนบทความให้มีมาตรฐานครอบคลุมประเด็นสำคัญและสะดวกต่อผู้ศึกษามาแล้วนั้น เพื่อให้มีความทันสมัยเป็นมาตรฐานมากขึ้น ทางวารสารจึงได้ตระหนักถึงบทบาทของเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Artificial Intelligence: AI) ที่เข้ามามีอิทธิพลต่อการผลิตองค์ความรู้ โดยเฉพาะในบริบทของมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ซึ่งให้ความสำคัญต่อเจตจำนงของผู้วิจัย การวิเคราะห์เชิงวิพากษ์ และการสร้างคุณค่าทางวิชาการอย่างมีจริยธรรม วารสารจึงกำหนดนโยบายการใช้ AI เพื่อเป็นแนวทางสำหรับผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องสำหรับการดำเนินการวารสารซึ่งปรากฏหน้าเว็บวารสาร.."     "..วารสารราชภัฏสุรินทร์วิชาการ ตั้งแต่ปีที่ 3 ฉบับที่ 2 เป็นต้นไป ทางวารสารได้ปรับปรุงและพัฒนารูปแบบการเขียนบทความให้มีมาตรฐานครอบคลุมประเด็นสำคัญและสะดวกต่อผู้ศึกษา การอ้างอิงแบบ APA style version 7th edition .ให้มีความทันสมัย เพิ่มเติมจริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณ โดยเฉพาะการตรวจสอบความซ้ำซ้อนของบทความ การระบุจำนวนผู้นิพนธ์ เพื่อมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาคุณภาพวารสารและยกระดับขึ้นสู่ฐานข้อมูลสากล อนึ่ง ในห้วงของการเผยแพร่ฉบับนี้อยู่ในช่วงของเทศกาลสงกรานต์ซึ่งเป็นประเพณีอันงดงามของไทย ทางกองบรรณาธิการจึงขอนำเสนอผ่านปกวารสารอีกช่องทางหนึ่ง.."     "วารสารราชภัฏสุรินทร์วิชาการ เป็นวารสารทางวิชาการที่ศูนย์ดัชนีการอ้างอิงวารสารไทย (TCI) ประเมินคุณภาพวารสารรอบที่ 5 อยู่ในกลุ่มที่ 2 (Tier 2) ตั้งแต่ 2568-2572 แต่ทั้งทั้งนี้กองบรรณาธิการได้ใช้รูปแบบการนำเสนอบทความพร้อมกับข้อแนะนำสำหรับผู้นิพนธ์ให้มีคุณภาพและมาตรฐานที่เข้มข้นเช่นเดียวกันทุกฉบับโดยเฉพาะปีที่ 3 ฉบับที่ 1 ทางวารสารยังคงใช้รูปแบบบทความเช่นเคยที่ดำเนินการมา ซึ่งตั้งแต่ฉบับที่ 2 เป็นต้นไปทางวารสารได้ปรับปรุงและพัฒนารูปแบบการเขียนบทความ การอ้างอิง เพิ่มเติมจริยธรรม โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาคุณภาพวารสารและยกระดับขึ้นสู่ฐานข้อมูลสากล.."
