    Since Volume 3, Issue 5, Journal of Academic Surindra Rajabhat has upgraded its academic publication standards by adopting the Digital Object Identifier (DOI) system from Crossref to assign a unique code to every published article. The DOI system ensures permanent accessibility, accurate citations, and international traceability—a vital mechanism for enhancing the credibility and acceptance of academic work at national and international academic forums..."     "..กองบรรณาธิการได้ปรับปรุงรูปแบบการจัดทําวารสารอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยตั้งแต่ปีที่ 3 ฉบับที่ 4 เป็นต้นมา วารสารได้กําหนดแนวทางการเขียนบทความให้มีความเป็นระบบ ใช้มาตรฐานการอ้างอิงแบบ APA 7th Edition เพิ่มความเข้มงวดในด้าน จริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณทางวิชาการ ทั้งการตรวจสอบความซ้ําซ้อนของบทความ การระบุคุณสมบัติของผู้นิพนธ์อย่างชัดเจน และการดําเนินการตรวจสอบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิอิสระ (Peer Reviewers) จํานวน 3 ท่านต่อบทความ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าทุกผลงานที่เผยแพร่มีคุณภาพและน่าเชื่อถือ.."  (บทบรรณาธิการ)

    "..ปีที่ 3 ฉบับที่ 3 นี้ นอกเหนือจากทางวารสารได้ปรับปรุงและพัฒนารูปแบบการเขียนบทความให้มีมาตรฐานครอบคลุมประเด็นสำคัญและสะดวกต่อผู้ศึกษามาแล้วนั้น เพื่อให้มีความทันสมัยเป็นมาตรฐานมากขึ้น ทางวารสารจึงได้ตระหนักถึงบทบาทของเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Artificial Intelligence: AI) ที่เข้ามามีอิทธิพลต่อการผลิตองค์ความรู้ โดยเฉพาะในบริบทของมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ซึ่งให้ความสำคัญต่อเจตจำนงของผู้วิจัย การวิเคราะห์เชิงวิพากษ์ และการสร้างคุณค่าทางวิชาการอย่างมีจริยธรรม วารสารจึงกำหนดนโยบายการใช้ AI เพื่อเป็นแนวทางสำหรับผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องสำหรับการดำเนินการวารสารซึ่งปรากฏหน้าเว็บวารสาร.."     "..วารสารราชภัฏสุรินทร์วิชาการ ตั้งแต่ปีที่ 3 ฉบับที่ 2 เป็นต้นไป ทางวารสารได้ปรับปรุงและพัฒนารูปแบบการเขียนบทความให้มีมาตรฐานครอบคลุมประเด็นสำคัญและสะดวกต่อผู้ศึกษา การอ้างอิงแบบ APA style version 7th edition .ให้มีความทันสมัย เพิ่มเติมจริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณ โดยเฉพาะการตรวจสอบความซ้ำซ้อนของบทความ การระบุจำนวนผู้นิพนธ์ เพื่อมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาคุณภาพวารสารและยกระดับขึ้นสู่ฐานข้อมูลสากล อนึ่ง ในห้วงของการเผยแพร่ฉบับนี้อยู่ในช่วงของเทศกาลสงกรานต์ซึ่งเป็นประเพณีอันงดงามของไทย ทางกองบรรณาธิการจึงขอนำเสนอผ่านปกวารสารอีกช่องทางหนึ่ง.."     "วารสารราชภัฏสุรินทร์วิชาการ เป็นวารสารทางวิชาการที่ศูนย์ดัชนีการอ้างอิงวารสารไทย (TCI) ประเมินคุณภาพวารสารรอบที่ 5 อยู่ในกลุ่มที่ 2 (Tier 2) ตั้งแต่ 2568-2572 แต่ทั้งทั้งนี้กองบรรณาธิการได้ใช้รูปแบบการนำเสนอบทความพร้อมกับข้อแนะนำสำหรับผู้นิพนธ์ให้มีคุณภาพและมาตรฐานที่เข้มข้นเช่นเดียวกันทุกฉบับโดยเฉพาะปีที่ 3 ฉบับที่ 1 ทางวารสารยังคงใช้รูปแบบบทความเช่นเคยที่ดำเนินการมา ซึ่งตั้งแต่ฉบับที่ 2 เป็นต้นไปทางวารสารได้ปรับปรุงและพัฒนารูปแบบการเขียนบทความ การอ้างอิง เพิ่มเติมจริยธรรม โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาคุณภาพวารสารและยกระดับขึ้นสู่ฐานข้อมูลสากล.."
