Abstract

         The objectives of this research were 1. To study the role of community leaders in preserving Phra That Nam Kham 2. To analyze the problem 3. Suggest ways to solve problems and obstacles community leader's role in preserving Phra That Nam Kham. It is a qualitative research (qualitative research). There were 5 target groups: 1) village headman 2) village headman's assistant 3) village committee                                             4) people 5) village scholars. The data collected from literature, literature and interview forms were used for content analysis. Community leaders' roles in preserving Phra That Nam Kham ruins are divided into 3 aspects: 1) ideal roles, good leaders must come from elections; and leaders who must be competent in many aspects in order to have the ability to take care of and protect the people in the village to be happy 2) the role that people understand Leaders must have the ability to solve problems and obstacles well. Be a good role model for the new generation to follow. be kind to others when there is a problem, the leader must hold on to the correctness 3) the role that is actually expressed Some leaders are unable to take care of their residents. some people are too tight Some people are too slack no fit Therefore, being able to rule the house requires flexibility and experience in working with other people. Have enough work experience to solve various problems.
