The Components of Strategic leadership of school Administrators affecting School Effectiveness under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

The purposes of this research were: 1) to investigate the level of strategic leadership of school administrators; 2) to examine the level of school effectiveness; 3) to explore the relationship between the strategic leadership of school administrators and school effectiveness; and 4) to develop a predictive equation for school effectiveness based on the strategic leadership of school administrators under the Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, Surin Province. The sample group consisted of 218 participants, including school administrators and teachers, obtained through stratified random sampling based on school size, followed by simple random sampling via a lottery method. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using mean, percentage, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research findings were as follows 1) The overall level of strategic leadership of school administrators was at a high level. 2) The overall level of school effectiveness was at a high level. 3) There was a statistically significant positive relationship between the strategic leadership of school administrators and school effectiveness at the .01 level, with a correlation coefficient of (r) = .607 indicating a moderate relationship. 4) The strategic leadership of school administrators significantly affected school effectiveness at the .01 level. All components of strategic leadership collectively predicted the effectiveness of schools under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 at 56.30%
