Abstract

Academic performance enhancement and development are important in applying for academic positions because they help demonstrate expertise and the ability to create new knowledge, which are the main criteria for evaluating qualifications for formal academic promotion. This research aims to develop skills in producing academic performance in order to apply for higher academic positions This research used a mixed methods research methodology by combining qualitative and quantitative methods, divided into 4 stages: planning, implementation, monitoring and improvement. The target group was academic personnel. Various data collection tools were used, such as questionnaires, interviews and focus groups, to examine the impact and improvements from the operations The research results found that 1) the target group's participation was 35 people, 100% of which was the set target. 2) The participation of partner agencies helped the project proceed in the right direction. 3) The results of operations in each phase found that there was in-depth training and consultation to develop academic work. 4) Improvements were made by summarizing the results and evaluating efficiency to be used as a guideline for developing academic work in the future The results of the operation can also develop results according to the main indicators of the university's strategy and create innovations in both academic work development and research management systems, demonstrating success in academic work development and academic position elevation through collaboration from many sectors, as well as creating innovations that can be effectively applied as future practices.
