Abstract

This research aimed to 1) evaluate the efficiency of the electronic document management system, 2) study the satisfaction with the electronic document management system, and 3) study the relationship between the efficiency of the system and the satisfaction with the electronic document management system. The population was 361 people, and the sample size was 191 people, obtained from the Crazy and Morgan table. Data was collected by using a research questionnaire. It was found that the efficiency of the electronic document management system was at a high level overall ( =3.94, S. D=0.33). The satisfaction with the electronic document management system was at a high level overall ( =4.27, S. D=0.68). The relationship between the efficiency of the system and the satisfaction with the electronic document management system overall was found to have a relatively low positive relationship (rxy=0.173*) with statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
