The Study of Satisfaction with the use of the Electronic Document System for Personnel Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University

Abstract

         This quantitative research the objectives are to 1) survey satisfaction with the use of the electronic document system. For personnel Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University and 2) compare personal data and satisfaction with the use of the electronic filing system. For personnel Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University A sample group of 191 people collected data using a research questionnaire. And analyze the data using statistics, mean ( ), standard deviation (S.D.) and test assumptions with t-test and F-test statistics.

             The results of the research found that 1) the level of satisfaction with the use of the electronic document system For personnel Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University as a whole was found to be at a high level ( =3.97, S.D=0.32). Considering each aspect, it was found that the process aspect was the highest ( =4.08, S.D=0.49, followed by the efficiency aspect. of the system ( =4.05, S.D=0.54) and functions and features ( =3.95,S.D=0.46), respectively, and 2) comparative results between personal information and satisfaction with the use of the work system electronic documents For personnel Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University using t-test statistics consisting of general information of the respondents in terms of gender and budget. It was found that satisfaction with the use of the electronic filing system It does not depend on the gender of personnel with statistical significance at the .05 level and classified according to budget. It was found that satisfaction with the use of the electronic filing system Varies depending on the personnel budget with statistical significance at the .05 level. Comparison between personal information and satisfaction with the use of the electronic filing system using ANOVA statistics, consisting of employee age, employee group, and type. Employees found that different types of employees were satisfied with the use of the electronic filing system. Statistically significant at the .05 level and classification by duration of work, it was found that the duration of work was not different from satisfaction with the use of the electronic document system.
